Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume and availability of parts. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods through reputable carriers like UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen method. We recommend opting for insured shipping for all firearm parts and ammunition.
- Firearm Parts:
- Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements: So Cal Ammunition cannot ship any firearm parts regulated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) directly to an individual. These parts must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer who can then transfer them to you according to federal and state regulations.
- FFL Information: During checkout, you will be prompted to provide the FFL holder's name, contact information, and FFL license number. You will also need to arrange with your chosen FFL dealer to receive the transfer.
- FFL Transfer Fees: Please be aware that your chosen FFL dealer may charge a separate fee for receiving and transferring the firearm part.
- Ammunition:
- Age Verification: Federal law prohibits the sale of ammunition to anyone under the age of 21. By placing an order for ammunition, you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older.
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship ammunition to certain states or localities with restrictions on ammunition sales. Please check your local laws before placing your order.
Return Policy
We understand that situations may change, and you may need to return an item. So Cal Ammunition offers returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund (minus original shipping charges) or exchange.
- Eligibility:
- Firearm Parts: Only unopened and unmounted firearm parts in original packaging are eligible for return.
- Ammunition: Due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any ammunition purchases.
- Return Process:
- Contact So Cal Ammunition customer service at southerncaliforniaammunition@gmail.com or by phone at +1 (909) 276-0917 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by So Cal Ammunition customer service.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Ammunition (all calibers and types)
- Used or mounted firearm parts
- Items damaged due to customer negligence
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact So Cal Ammunition customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
